For decades, I’ve been chasing the moment when the music takes over and I disappear completely. I find these moments on stage with The Mountain Jam Band, when the keyboard becomes an extension of something larger than myself, are the same state of consciousness I later found in quantum physics.

Success That Felt Hollow
I spent thirty years in pharma marketing and digital innovation, building teams and leading growth at major agencies. From the outside, I had it together. Inside, every achievement left me asking: Is this it?
I’d succeed at a job, then watch things unravel. A company would restructure. A boss would turn toxic. A role would dissolve. I thought it was bad luck, but the pattern kept repeating.
It took decades to see the truth: I was unconsciously manifesting those exits. The moment I’d realize a job wasn’t right, I was creating the circumstances to leave. I wasn’t broken. I was being redirected.

What I Tell My Children
My son Christopher is studying computer science in a world where AI is rewriting the rules faster than anyone can track. My daughter Chloe just started vet school while species go extinct and ecosystems collapse.
I can’t protect them from what’s coming. What I can do is help them understand what we actually are and what that means for the world they’re inheriting. This book is for them, and for anyone raising conscious children in uncertain times.

Frank Saia is a writer, speaker, and founder of New Solutions Network, a wellness company dedicated to helping people discover their creative potential. His work sits at the intersection of science, spirit, and story, blending personal experience with universal truths about consciousness, manifestation, and human potential.
Frank’s journey hasn’t been linear. He’s navigated corporate careers that felt hollow, confronted childhood trauma and epilepsy kept hidden for decades, lost his closest friend to sudden death, and found healing through music, meditation, and a radical shift in understanding what it means to be human. Those experiences taught him something he couldn’t unlearn. The creative force of the universe isn’t separate from us. It’s alive within us, waiting to be recognized and activated.
We Are Gods is Frank’s first book, born from that recognition and years of exploring what happens when we stop seeing ourselves as victims of circumstance and start living as conscious creators.
When he’s not writing, Frank plays keyboards in The Mountain Jam Band – An Allman Brothers Tribute, hikes with his dog Luke in Jockey Hollow, explores our national parks with his family, and continues to examine the intersection of quantum physics, consciousness, and everyday miracles. He lives in Morristown, New Jersey, with Tracey and their two adult children, Christopher and Chloe.
